Terms & Conditions – Assistance in Financing and Buying a Property

At HomeQuest.io, our role is to assist you in finding and financing your new home. We don’t buy houses or arrange financing ourselves — we guide you through the process and connect you with the right parties. Here’s how it works:

Costs

  • Our fee is agreed with you in advance (either a fixed amount or a percentage of the purchase price).

  • Fees are payable once the purchase agreement is signed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  • All fees are exclusive of VAT.

What we do

  • Help you identify suitable properties.

  • Guide you in preparing and submitting purchase proposals.

  • Assist you in contacting banks, mortgage brokers, or other financing institutions.

  • Coordinate communication with third parties (estate agents, advisors, notaries, etc.).

What we don’t do

  • We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

  • We do not guarantee financing or mortgage approval.

  • We do not carry out valuations, surveys, or property inspections.

  • We do not make purchase or financing decisions for you.

Withdrawal costs

  • If you withdraw from a process after a proposal has been accepted, a withdrawal fee may apply.

  • The details of this fee will always be agreed in writing before the process begins.

No cure, no pay

  • If no property is secured through our assistance, you won’t owe us further fees beyond any upfront agreed commitment.

Communication

  • We’ll keep you updated through agreed channels (e.g., WhatsApp, email).

  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal and financial information.

Confidentiality

  • Your information is treated as confidential and only shared with third parties when necessary to provide our assistance, and always with your consent.

Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount of fees you’ve paid us for the specific assignment.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as lost financing, missed opportunities, or market price changes.
