A financial advisor is an independent professional from our trusted network whom we may recommend to you. Their role is to provide expert financial guidance and assist you in evaluating financing options, budgeting, and other financial considerations related to the property purchase process.

With your prior agreement, we may share limited personal details — such as your name, email address, and phone number — to enable direct contact between you and the advisor. Financial advisors remain fully independent professionals, and any advice or services they provide are their sole responsibility.

After contract closure, all other personal data collected for the rental process will be securely deleted within 14 days. If no contract is formed, and you explicitly decide to quit the process, your personal data will be deleted within 14 days of that decision.
